My work here consisted of writing coverage for both acquired and original screenplays; as well as screenings of potential acquisitions. I provided the creative development department with additional assistance when it came to content geared towards Spanish speaking, Gen-Z, Millenial, and LGBTQ+ audiences. One of my biggest accomplishments here was being put in charge of the marketing and distribution department’s Influencer Outreach program where we would contact certain social media influencers to promote our upcoming productions to their audience. Our focus was on platforms such as Instagram and Twitter. However, I took the initiative to also include TikTok influencers and introduced the department to the effectiveness of short form content as a new advertising strategy to better market towards younger audiences. From my time here, I acquired skills in coverage, office assistance, project research, outreach, emails, presentations, SLACK, Trello, Microsoft Office, social media marketing, and short form content.
